In the wake of severe floods in Vermont, The TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, donated a generous gift of $150,000 to support flood relief efforts – even though the bank is located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
These funds supported the Vermont Community Foundation of the VT Flood Response and Recovery Fund, which dispersed funds to communities and small businesses that need it most. TD Bank employees also had the choice to contribute directly to the fund through a convenient and secure internal portal.
Through their program, TD Cares, TD Bank offered financial assistance to its customers in Vermont, who have been affected by the severe flooding.
